If I could give William 10 stars, I would. I had an issue where a broken pipe caused significant water coming into my basement at 4 pm on a Saturday. William was there in less than an hour, worked for a few hours to try to find the source of the problem, and then finished the job a few days later after he pinpointed what needed to be done. He was fast, he explained everything in great detail, he made sure I understood what he was talking about, and he followed up constantly to make sure everything was ok.
